Getting to our Headquarters
Whether you are traveling to us by car, bicycle or train: We have taken precautions for all road users, as we expect a high volume of traffic and a total of around 10,000 guests. Please inform yourself in advance about our offers for the respective means of transport. This page will be continuously updated so that you can access all important information here at any time.
Parking Lots & Shuttle Service
Are you traveling by car? Then take a look at our interactive map in advance to get an overview of the parking options. Unfortunately, we cannot provide sufficient parking spaces in Rietheim-Weilheim. To ensure that you arrive safely and comfortably, we will designate additional parking areas in the surrounding area on the day of the event. We will also set up a shuttle service to take you directly to our company premises. The individual stops are marked on the map: The first buses will start their tours at 10:30 a.m. at the stops Hermann-Winker-Straße, Spaichingen, and Rudolf-Diesel-Straße, Tuttlingen, in the direction of Rietheim-Weilheim. From then on, they will run every half hour between our event site in Rietheim and the final stops. Please note that we cannot guarantee departure times. There may be delays depending on traffic conditions. In the evening, the last buses will depart from Rietheim-Weilheim at 5:30 p.m.
Bicycle Parking
We have plenty of space for bicycles. Please park your bike only in the designated areas. We have also marked these in the interactive map. In addition, we set up signage on the day of the event.
Special Trains
To ease the parking situation, we would be pleased if you would travel by train! For more flexibility, the Ringzug is offering special trips on May 18. Instead of every two hours, the train will run every hour on the day of the event, so that you can travel flexibly to and from the event.

Diversity & Commitment at Marquardt
Our corporate culture is characterized by community. The open house is therefore supported by many other groups that you can meet on site. Our running group shows how many kilometers they have already run for a good cause. And our women's network She@Marquardt shows how it strengthens empowerment and diversity in the company. Our company band provides a musical accompaniment.
In the Footsteps of the Founders
The Ewald Marquardt Private Foundation is opening the foundation house at Bulzingen 111. This is where Ewald Marquardt's parents' house once stood, where his father, Johannes Marquardt the Younger, worked on his first technical developments.
You are cordially invited to visit the house, which was designed by the renowned architect Günter Hermann and has received multiple awards.
In the founder's room, which is dedicated to Johannes Marquardt, some of his technical pioneering achievements are on display that led to the founding of the present-day Marquardt Group in 1925. Another room displays exhibits that have been awarded the Future Prize of the Foundation. In the foyer and in the small hall, works by the artist Margaret Marquardt can also be seen.
Please Note: Access Only by Shuttle
There are no parking spaces for cars in front of the foundation building! Bicycle parking is available. On the day of the event, an hourly shuttle service for visitors to the foundation building is available from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Rathausplatz in Rietheim-Weilheim.
Apprenticeship & More
